What the data includes

FDD Items 5–7

Initial franchise fee, recurring royalty and advertising contributions, plus the franchisor's disclosed startup-investment range.

FDD Item 19

Revenue or other financial-performance representations only when a franchisor chose to disclose them. Gross revenue is not franchisee profit.

FDD Item 20

System-wide unit counts, openings, closures, and reported net growth, used as system context rather than a forecast for a local buyer.

Current vintage

Claims on this page are from FDD years 2024 (temporal coverage of the registry population). The ETL last compiled those filings into this database on - that compile stamp is not a second claims year and is never mixed into Dataset dateModified or chart as-of labels.

Limits readers should keep in view

FDDs are franchisor disclosures, not independent business audits. They are filed on different annual schedules, and a field that is absent in an FDD is left absent here rather than estimated.

No dataset on this page establishes local demand, operating costs, financing terms, or a franchisee's expected return. Use the underlying filing and qualified legal and accounting advice for an investment decision.
